By accessing or using the website located at masonryflagstaff.com (the "Site"), or by engaging Flagstaff Concrete & Masonry ("we," "us," or "our") for any contracting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and do not engage our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Flagstaff Concrete & Masonry provides masonry contracting services in Flagstaff, AZ and surrounding communities, including but not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, retaining wall construction, fireplace installation, stone masonry, and related work. The specific scope of any project is defined in a written estimate or contract provided to the customer prior to work beginning.
The information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a contract or guarantee of availability. Services are subject to scheduling, location, and project scope.
All estimates are provided in writing after an on-site inspection. Verbal quotes are not binding. A written estimate is valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may differ from an initial estimate if the scope of work changes after the inspection, unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project, or you request changes to the original scope.
We will notify you of any material cost changes before proceeding with work that falls outside the original estimate.
Scheduled appointments and project start dates are confirmed in writing or by phone. We make every effort to arrive on time and to complete work within the estimated timeframe. Weather, permit delays, and other factors outside our control may affect scheduling.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellation of a project after materials have been ordered or work has begun may result in charges for materials purchased and labor already performed. We will communicate any applicable charges before they are incurred.
Payment terms are outlined in the written estimate or contract for each project. A deposit may be required before work begins, particularly for larger projects involving materials procurement. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements are made in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of estimate. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees as described in the project contract. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue work on a project if payment obligations are not met.
We warrant that our workmanship will meet the standard of care expected of a licensed masonry contractor in Arizona. Any workmanship warranty specific to a project will be stated in writing in the project contract. This warranty covers defects in the work we perform and does not cover:
